We’ve been so impressed with Park 150 as a community. My father moved in earlier this week and everything about the process exceeded our expectations. Brett, the property manager, and Jacob from maintenance went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was perfect and the move-in went smoothly. Brett is always happy to answer questions and responds quickly, which makes us feel truly supported. The building itself is one of the best we’ve seen in terms of its common areas and security. We’re so grateful to have found this place

|Recommended: YesOverall Nice Location — There was an issue with someone in our paid-for parking space initially but it was swiftly addressed For the most part, the apartments grounds are well kept with my only complaint being the trash chute is often jammed full but the outside trash container is right outside the elevator so it's never been that big of an issue. The noise is kept to a minimum with the exception being walking down the hallways I can sometimes hear people's conversations a little too clearly. I applaud the property and maintenance staff with the best overall experience because any and all issues are handled pretty quickly and with kindness
|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Live — I moved in here about 5 months ago and love it. All the amenities that the apartment provides goes above and beyond what I would expect. Everything is kept clean and maintenance is always very quick about helping out with any requests. Love living here

|Recommended: YesParking Enforcement — I know that since I have moved here there has been an agreement with a towing company, but I personally have not seen any cars get towed. Also, one time I attempted to contact the towing company because there was someone in my spot, but I was told that management would have to make the call, but the management office was closed so the parking enforcement was ineffective.
When someone is in my one and only spot that I pay for, I am left with nowhere to legally park and if I park on the street, I am subject to being ticketed while the trespasser is comfy cozy in my paid for spot.
